Refund policy
Damaged or Defective items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement (unless the print came out poorly because of a low quality print file).
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
Size and Color Refunds
Wrongly ordered sizes or colors won’t be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Unclaimed Items
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility
